予約した日時をキャンセルし、新たなレッスン予約日時への変更は、予約したレッスン時刻の1時間前までにお願いします。
To cancel the booking of a lesson, or change the lesson date, please do it at least one hour before the starting time of the lesson.

1時間前までに連絡の無いレッスンのキャンセル変更はレッスン料金が差し引かれます。
If you do not cancel at least one hour before the start of the lesson, the lesson is due.

次回のレッスン予約をしない取り消しのみのキャンセルで返金をご希望される場合は、お振り込み日から7日目までの間に、枠内に「キャンセルされるレッスンの日時」、及び「返金希望」とご記入し送信下さい。
初回レッスン日時の48時間前までにご連絡いただければ振り込み手数料だけを差し引いた全額をお返しいたします。
You are untitled to a refund if you cancel within 7 days after your payment.
You are untitled to a full refund of the pack of lessons booked if you cancel within 48 hours after your first lesson, excluding the transfer fee.
